Job Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking reliable Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. This position will perform welding and fabrication work on steel components while following company safety and quality standards.
Job Duties
Perform welding on steel parts and components
Set up and operate welding equipment
Complete welds in various positions as required
Read basic blueprints, measurements, and work instructions
Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
Use basic hand and power tools
Assist with fitting and fabrication as needed
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Previous welding experience preferred
Welding school or vocational training will be considered
Experience with MIG and/or Flux Core welding preferred
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and transportation required

Structural Welding
Steel Fabrication
Blueprint Reading
Manufacturing or Industrial Experience
Shifts
1st shift
Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd shift
Monday - Friday: 5:30pm - 4:00am
Saturday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
