We specialize in well pump installation, repair, and service for residential, agricultural, and commercial customers. Entry-Level Friendly: No prior well-work experience needed – just a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Paid On-the-Job Training: Learn directly from experienced technicians and develop a wide range of mechanical skills in the field. Soon-to-be Graduates Encouraged to Apply: Start your career without student debt. Hands-On Experience: Work at new job sites daily, skipping the classroom and gaining real-world knowledge. Perform preventive maintenance and replace worn components Test water quality and recommend treatment solutions Interact with customers and explain solutions clearly Maintain and restock the work truck with necessary tools and parts Travel within a 90-minute radius of Denver, PA Work 45-50 hours per week with on-call rotation every 4-5 weekends
General Labor Experience: At least 1 year (construction, landscaping, or maintenance) – plumbing/electrical is a plus Great Communicator: Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers Tech-Savvy: Uses mobile apps and tools for job tracking
