nJob Summary: StretchLab is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should be passionate about health and wellness, should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and should have a proven track record in sales and customer service. Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our studio.
nResponsibilities:
nSales and Revenue Generation:
nExecute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
nActively promote StretchLab services to new and existing clients.
nConduct sales consultations and effectively communicate the benefits of our stretching programs.
nCustomer Relationship Management:
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.
nAddress client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
nCollaborate with the team to create a welcoming and customer-centric environment.
nTeam Collaboration:
nWork closely with the Studio Manager to achieve overall studio objectives.
nCollaborate with Flexologists and other team members to enhance the client experience.
nParticipate in training sessions to stay informed about new services and industry trends.
nOperational Excellence:
nAssist in the day-to-day operations of the studio, including opening and closing procedures.
nEnsure that all sales and operational processes are followed consistently.
nMarketing and Promotions:
nSupport marketing initiatives to drive awareness and attract new clients.
nContribute ideas for promotions and events to increase studio visibility.
nQualifications:
nPrevious experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
nEnthusiastic about health and wellness.
nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
nBasic knowledge of stretching and fitness is a plus.
