Job description
Trellix is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to run the West region, building a high-performing team across Majors and Enterprise accounts. The role reports to the SVP, North American Sales and focuses on accelerating SaaS revenue with a collaborative culture that promotes career growth.
You will partner with Field Sales and BU leaders to define strategy, coach leaders and contributors, and drive forecasting, dashboards, and incentives to optimize performance.
