Job description
Nurse Care of Buckhead is seeking an experienced RN to lead the skin care program for our facility in Atlanta. You will assess residents weekly, document skin status, and update care plans while coordinating with physicians and families.
Responsibilities include leading the skin management meeting, ensuring protocol adherence, and educating staff on prevention and treatment of skin issues per regulatory standards.
