Administrative Assistant IIAt Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, every role plays a part in our mission to improve lives and advance the fight against cancer. As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll provide high-level support to department leaders and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Starting pay: $56,025. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being organized, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with leadership teams. Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Graduate Medical EducationWorking with trainees and studentsCoordinating large events (for example: Orientation and Graduation)Onboarding students/traineesScheduling meetings in Outlook that can include virtual teams/zoom optionsPreparing agendas and taking meeting minutesSubmit invoices and requisitions
