Per Diem Anesthesiologist Opportunity
Per diem anesthesiologist opportunity with Day Kimball Hospital in Northeast Connecticut nestled on the banks of the Quinebaug River. Total Rewards Hourly Rate: $275/hr
Case Assignments: Orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, podiatry, spine fusions, cataracts, endoscopy, colonoscopy, TEE, cardioversions, pacemakers, and general surgery. Pediatric cases are ENT cases for M&T, adenoidectomies, and tonsillectomies.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures; Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent; Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients; Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia; Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed; Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited institution; Completion of Anesthesiology Residency; Board Eligible or Board Certified; Current medical licensure; ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
