Job description
Mandarich Law Group in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a Call Center Manager with 3–5 years of call center or collections experience to lead our collections team. You will manage a team of collections specialists, ensure targets are met, and provide regular coaching while ensuring compliance with regulations governing collections activities.
