Communications professionals can apply their editorial, reporting, and writing expertise to help improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language.
Key Responsibilities Develop industry-specific prompts and evaluate large language model responses.
Contribute professional judgment and communication expertise to AI research projects.
Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as an editor, news analyst, reporter, journalist, writer, author, or in a related communications role.
Ability to work primarily asynchronously in collaboration with leading AI labs.
Work Terms Remote, part-time, asynchronous work that can be completed independently from your location.
Flexible schedule with no minimum hourly commitment.
Project opportunities open periodically throughout the year across different areas of expertise, and placement depends on project availability.
Compensation Up to $100/hr (depending on the project).
Eligibility F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
If your school requires a CPT course, these projects may not satisfy that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported.
