WhatrolesamIaccountablefor?
1.ElectricalDesign&ProductDevelopment(60%)
DesignelectricalcircuitsandPCBsforLEDdrivers,controlsystems,andpowerelectronics.
UtilizeAltiumDesignerforPCBlayouts;maintainallECADdata.
Developearly-phaseR&Dprototypesandproof-of-conceptdesigns.
Create,execute,anddocumenthardwarevalidationplans.
SupportULcertificationonnewproductdevelopment.
Drivecontinuousproductimprovementsanditerationthroughfieldanalysisandrootcauseinvestigation.
DesignandimplementproductiontestfixturesforPCBAvalidationatvolume.
Manageassignedprojectsend-to-end;maintaintimelines,escalaterisks,communicatestatusproactively.
2.ManufacturingIntegration&CrossFunctionalCollaboration(30%)
OwnBOMaccuracyforassignedproducts;verifycomponentsagainstdesignrequirements.
Validateincomingpartsandassembliesagainstdesignspecifications.
Managecomponentalternateapprovalsandproactivelyqualifyalternates.
SupportinternalSMT/PCBAprocessasatechnicalexpert.
Forensicanalysisofelectricalfieldreturnsandinternaldefects;drivecorrectiveactions.
Partnerwithmanufacturingonfirst-runproductionbuilds.
Establishelectricaltestmethodsandprocedures.
ProvidetechnicalguidancetoSalesandSupportteamsasneeded.

ProficiencyinAltiumDesignerforschematiccaptureandPCBlayout,orsimilarsoftware.
Stronglabskills:oscilloscope,benchpowersupply,DMM,andtheabilitytodebughardwareatthecircuitlevelindependently
ExperienceworkingthroughULcertification(1598,8750,orsimilar)isaplus.
FamiliaritywithEMCtestingmethodologies(conducted/radiatedimmunity,IEC61000series)isaplus.
Embeddedfirmwareexperience(C,Python,orsimilar)isaplus.
ExperiencewithindustrialLEDlightingproductsorthree-phasepowersystemsisastrongplus.
