Emergency Medicine Physician Job Opening in Coastal South Carolina
A busy emergency medicine group in coastal South Carolina is seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician to join a high-performing team in a modern, well-supported clinical environment. The role includes providing full-scope emergency care with double coverage on all shifts and managing a steady but reasonable patient flow in a free-standing emergency department. Responsibilities also include collaborating with advanced practice providers, participating in quality initiatives, and delivering efficient, high-acuity care across varied shift options. Qualifications
Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
FP or IM physicians considered with a minimum of 5 years of emergency medicine experience
Proficiency in all standard emergency department procedures
Current, unrestricted South Carolina medical license (M.D. or D.O.)
Active state and federal controlled substance licenses
Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
