Role Responsibilities
Deliver thorough and continuous medical care for individuals and families across all age groups, from children to the elderly.
Effectively manage chronic illnesses, address preventive care, provide treatment for acute health issues, and attend to mental health needs with a patient-first philosophy.
Perform physical assessments, interpret medical tests, and create tailored treatment strategies.
Work collaboratively with care coordinators, specialists, and behavioral health professionals to assure holistic patient care.
Engage in quality improvement programs that enhance outcomes and elevate operational excellence.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for precise and timely patient documentation.
Provide both in-person and virtual care options to meet the diverse preferences of patients.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
Completion of a certified Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Maryland medical license.
Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated diagnostic and clinical expertise with an emphasis on preventive healthcare.
Comfort and experience with value-based care systems and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative, personable approach.
Proficiency in technology, including EMR systems and telemedicine platforms.
