This position combines gatehouse access control with routine security patrols and requires a professional, customer-service-focused approach when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.ScheduleWednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PMSaturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM20 hours per weekRequirementsPrior security experience preferredValid Florida Security D License requiredProfessional appearance and strong communication skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to remain alert and attentive throughout the shiftStrong customer service skills and a professional demeanorResponsibilitiesStaff the community gatehouse and monitor accessVerify residents, guests, vendors, and other authorized visitorsConduct routine security patrols throughout the communityMonitor for suspicious or unusual activityMaintain accurate logs and required documentationProvide professional and courteous assistance to residents and guestsRespond appropriately to security concerns and incidentsFollow all company and client policies and proceduresLocation: Bonita Springs, FloridaPay: $21.00/hourHours: 20 hours per week
