Job description
Fast growing international SaaS firm is looking for a Hands-on Controller responsible for leading all accounting and financial operations.
It's a fully remote role, with occasional meetings a couple times per month in the North Jersey/NYC Area
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore accountants
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting
Manage SaaS revenue recognition and compliance with GAAP
Oversee cash management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Improve accounting processes, controls, and system efficiencies
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external advisors
Partner with leadership on financial planning and operational initiatives
Qualified candidates must have hands-on, mid-sized company controllership experience at a PE backed, international SaaS organization
CPA REQUIRED
Salary 200k-225k base DOE
