Job description
CNA Insurance in New York seeks an experienced claims and litigation leader to manage the Severity Team and shape strategy. You will oversee complex investigations, set claim directions (settlement or litigation), and coordinate with Operations, Underwriting, Actuary, and Risk Control to share outcomes and trends.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's with JD preferred, bar admission preferred, and at least ten years of claims or legal experience.
