Locums Cardiology Physician in Ronceverte, West Virginia - Monthly Blocks, Minimal Night Calls
Combine outpatient cardiology with hospital coverage in recurring monthly blocks featuring broad noninvasive procedures and limited overnight call activity.
Highlights
* Two to three weeks per month
* Six-month assignment with extension potential
* Minimal nighttime calls
* Tech and RN support
Practice & Cases
* Adult inpatient and outpatient cardiology
* Approximately 22 to 24 clinic patients per day
* Cardiac risk assessments and pacemaker checks
* EKGs, Holter monitoring, TEEs, cardioversions, and stress testing
Schedule
* Two to three weeks of coverage monthly
* Weekday clinic coverage
* 24 hour call during assigned call weeks
* Clinic schedule adjusts during hospital call coverage
Requirements
* Must be an MD or DO
* Must be Board Certified in Cardiology
* West Virginia license or active IMLC LOQ required
* BLS, DEA, and CSR required with at least two years of experience
Logistics
* Airfare and lodging are covered
* Rental car and mileage are covered
