Job Responsibilities
Innovate : Develop new materials and conveyance technologies through rigorous testing, design, and manufacturing trials.
Validate : Lead mechanical testing, failure analysis, and iterative improvements to de-risk new technology.
Design : Create test methods and product concepts in SolidWorks or Creo, leveraging new material capabilities.
Collaborate : Gather requirements and align with engineering peers across global teams.
Execute : Coordinate manufacturing processes including injection molding, extrusion, and machining.
Engage : Travel (Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s a plus)
10 plus years engineering experience in new product development, plastics, conveyor systems, part/system design, and validation/testing
Strong design-for-manufacturing background
Self-managed, creative problem-solver with high quality standards and urgency in execution
Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts across diverse teams
