Job TitlePrimary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:• Greet patients, take appropriate vital signs, review current meds and record in medical record• Assist with tracking and monitoring department specific data• Explain policies, procedures, or services to patients based on scope of practice• Set up exam/procedure rooms appropriate to the patient visit need
