H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, driving a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and ensure staffing, facilities, and operations meet performance goals. As a hands-on, visible leader, you’ll travel frequently, optimize processes, and translate data into actions that boost client outcomes and business results.
