Job description

Job TitleTeacherRequirements / QualificationsQualifications Experience And Education • Five (5) years successful experience as a teacher • Possession of a valid California Teaching credential • Possession of or be eligible for a Master's degree from an accredited university by the deadline date • Possession of a valid California EL authorization or equivalentApplication ProcedureApplications from qualified candidates are invited. A complete application file consists of: • A completed certificated EDJOIN application • Letter of Intent; • An up-to-date resume; • Three (3) Letters of Recommendation;The letters must be signed and dated within the last twelve (12) months. Acceptable signatures are: document signing platform (Docusign or similar platform) or handwritten scanned signatures. Typed signatures will not be accepted. • Proof of EL authorization or equivalent; • Proof of a valid California Teaching credential; • Proof of Masters' degrees from an accredited university or in a Master's program. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications and provide all materials prior to the stated deadline in order to qualify as a candidate. Applicants are responsible for assuring that Human Resources receive a complete application with all required documents before the deadline date. Incomplete application packets will not be considered. For questions regarding the position, you may contact Human Resources at ext. 2400.Comments And Other InformationSalary And Terms The salary for the position is based on the 200 work day salary schedule ($75,357 to $149,316) for 200 days of service. Up to 14 years of previous teaching experience within the last 15 years are given for placement on the salary schedule. Benefits Fully paid Medical, Dental, Vision and Basic Life Insurance, above and beyond the salary for the employee and eligible dependents.
