Quality InspectorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for a manufacturing and medical device company in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet strict quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and quality control processes. Read below for more information!Inspect, measure, and test incoming materials, production parts, and finished products for conformance to specificationsUse precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, and indicatorsRecord inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality documentationIdentify and control non-conforming materials in accordance with company proceduresMaintain product identification and traceability throughout the inspection processAssist with quality audits, process documentation, and equipment calibration activitiesCommunicate quality concerns and material status to supervisors, engineering, and production teamsPrevious quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to use precision measuring and testing equipment accuratelyStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and proceduresBasic computer skills for recording inspection data and quality recordsAbility to stand, walk, and perform inspection duties throughout the shiftReliable transportation to the Sturtevant, WI areaEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
