Job description
ReceptionistThe Receptionist functions as an intermediary between staff, patients, peers, and visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the organization of the medical office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks essential to the provision of efficient and effective care.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, requiredProven experience as a receptionist or similar role, preferredQualifications:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable, punctual, and highly detail-orientedStrong multitasking and independent-work capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPointWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Rotating weekends.
