Job description
Norm’s Restaurant is seeking a General Manager in Anaheim, CA to lead daily restaurant operations, develop the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee training, standards, and profitability while coaching assistant managers and hourly staff.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the floor, control costs, and maintain safety and compliance. This is a full-time position reporting to the District Manager/Area Director/Director of Operations.
