Job description
McDonald's Florida is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant and uphold McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead Department and Shift Managers, set goals, and coach staff to achieve top performance.
You must be 18+ with GM experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail. This is a full-time, on-site role at a franchisee-operated location, with the franchisee as your employer.
