As a Front Desk Security Officer at a leading technology location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badging, monitor alarm panels, and support a professional, secure environment. Join Allied Universal, where we are agile, reliable, innovative, people-focused, team-driven, and committed to integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $24.60 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 08:00 AM - 04:30 PMTue 08:00 AM - 04:30 PMWed 08:00 AM - 04:30 PMThur 08:00 AM - 04:30 PMFri 08:00 AM - 04:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location, greeting visitors and directing them according to site-specific procedures.Manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and notifying appropriate personnel of arrivals.Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and guests while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.Monitor front-desk communications, access-control systems, alarms, and cameras as assigned, and report unusual activity, incidents, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services and/or site leadership when required.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least one year of security-related experience.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
