Job description
The Building People, LLC seeks a Senior Facility Site Accessor to support a federal client on a secure campus in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical engineering background and expert experience in facility condition assessments, energy analyses, and asset-management lifecycles.
You will coordinate inventories, assess MEP systems, generate detailed narratives, and lead field surveys while working closely with management, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
