Job description
Robinhood is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Command Center in Menlo Park. You will lead reliability and observability efforts, coordinate across many engineers, and own incident response tooling and governance.
Expect collaboration across product engineering, reliability, and infrastructure to minimize customer impact and shorten incident duration. You will shape dashboards, alerts, and global incident processes, while driving improvements in MTTR/MTTD and overall system resilience.
