Job description
Siemens Energy is seeking a Tooling & Die Engineer/Machine Shop Manager to lead the Tampa-area machine shop. You will oversee tool and die development, fixtures, and tooling maintenance for wax patterns, ceramic cores, and downstream casting operations.
You will manage staffing, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma while collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to keep castings within tight tolerances.
