Job description
Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one hospice care in patients' homes, with schedules including 12-hour days on Saturdays and Sundays or other variations, plus alternating weekend on-call. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and community partners to ensure comfort and quality of life for patients and families.
